Thanks to the use of microprocessors and the latest lithium-ion cell technology, the battery is free from the so-called "memory effect". This means that it can be recharged at any time, regardless of its state of charge. Recharging the battery does not affect its capacity or lifetime. The built-in microprocessor monitors the temperature of the battery during charging, protecting it against overheating. A solidly constructed housing protects the cell and electronic components against mechanical damage, making the battery safe to use.

The Newell DL-USB-C charger is characterized by small dimensions and low weight, which allows for trouble-free storage even in the smallest photo bag.
