The Yongnuo YN 40 mm f / 2.8 is a bright lens with a standard focal length that will work well in a portrait or a reportage. The lens is equipped with a Nikon F mount.
The 40mm lens offers a 56-degree angle of view suitable for reportage, studio and portrait photography. The 40 mm focal length allows you to take portraits without distorting the face, faithfully maintaining the natural proportions.
A large relative aperture guarantees more light reaching the matrix. This allows faster shutter speeds, even in poor lighting conditions.
Yongnuo YN 40 mm f / 2.8 is equipped with a modern autofocus (AF) system that facilitates quick and precise focusing. The AF / MF switch located on the side of the housing allows you to switch to manual focus mode whenever you need manual focusing control. Working with the lens is also facilitated by a clear depth of field scale. The minimum focus distance is 0.3 meters.
The optical construction of the Yongnuo YN 40 mm f / 2.8 consists of 6 elements arranged in 4 groups. The lens works with both full-frame matrices and cameras equipped with APS-C matrices (taking into account the focal length multiplier). The thread on the front of the lens allows the installation of filters with a diameter of 58 mm.
The built-in micro USB port allows you to update the lens firmware to make it fully compatible with the latest camera bodies.
