The Yongnuo YN 50 mm f / 1.4 is a very bright lens with a standard focal length that will work well in a portrait or reportage. The lens is equipped with a Canon EF mount.
The 50mm lens offers a 46-degree angle of view suitable for reportage, studio and portrait photography. The 50 mm focal length allows you to take portraits without distorting the face while keeping the proportions.
A large relative aperture guarantees more light reaching the matrix. This allows faster shutter speeds, even in poor lighting conditions. In addition, the f / 1.4 aperture guarantees great isolation of models from the background, focusing the observer's attention on the subject of photography. In addition, the 7-blade design of the aperture provides a unique background blur (bokeh).
Yongnuo YN 50 mm f / 1.4 is equipped with a modern autofocus system (AF) facilitating quick and precise focusing. The AF / MF switch located on the side of the housing allows you to switch to manual focus mode whenever you need manual focusing control. Working with the lens is also facilitated by a clear depth of field scale. Minimum focus distance is 0.45 meters.
The optical construction of the Yongnuo YN 50 mm f / 1.4 consists of 9 elements arranged in 6 groups. The lens works with both full-frame matrices and cameras equipped with APS-C matrices (taking into account the focal length multiplier). The thread on the front of the lens allows the installation of filters with a diameter of 58 mm.
The built-in micro USB port allows you to update the lens firmware to make it fully compatible with the latest camera bodies.
