The tightest and lightest B + W UV MRC NANO filter in the brass-titanium T-PRO filter mount, which is characterized by high resistance to dust, dust, dirt and scratches.

Made of brass and titanium, T-PRO housings are resistant to temperature changes, so they do not stick to the lens thread. The thin frame construction (15% narrower than XS-PRO models) does not cause a vignette effect, which allows the use of the filter in wide-angle optics. The filter structure is based on MRC NANO coatings known from other series, which guarantee high permeability (up to 99.5%) while maintaining high quality protection against glare, dirt and water.

B + W filters are produced from the highest quality Schott optical glass, which is characterized by high homogeneity and cohesion. Filters are cut with diamond blades from glass cylinders instead of - as is often the case - from flat "glass". Then each filter is carefully polished, smoothed and subjected to a series of tests. First of all, its thickness, evenness of the surface and repeatability of the results are checked. In the case of B + W filters, there is no question of an annoying greenish shade of photos.

UV filters are designed to suppress the UV spectrum contained in daylight that reaches the lens. As a result, they reduce the characteristic haze effect while maintaining the same exposure.
